Keeping with my *25* Theme....here is a list of 25 pieces of weightloss/fitness advice from people who should know. I found it on a message board but I have no idea what the original source is. Some of them are great ideas, some I am already doing and some...well...pick and choose for yourself!!

1 Make mini milestones. Break your weight-loss goal into 10-pound blocks.

Thanks for sharing! A lot of the things were helpful to me! I think especially the 'write before you bite'. I've been trying to do the Weight thing, but not writing my food down consistenly and just today was realising it's not working, tyring to do all this in my head! Also..I've started walking - mind you it's only once a week so far, but it's a start. So..thanks for the constant encrouagement!

Cool Mama....I write everything down and it is an incentive when you have to look at it there in bold black & white! I used to keep track of calories, carbs, fibre, fat and protein...but I have simplified things and keep just my calories. Seems to be working!!
